Return & Refund Policy

We totally get that shopping online isn’t always perfect, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or not quite right, don’t stress — we’ve got your back!
Just get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. It really helps if you can send a short video showing the issue, so we understand exactly what happened.
Here’s how we handle replacements:
Option 1: Send it back yourself.
Pack the product securely with all original packaging and accessories, and send it to our warehouse in Dubai. We’ll check it out and send a replacement fast — usually within 24 hours after we receive it.
Option 2: We pick it up.
If that’s easier, we can arrange a courier pickup right from your place. Just make sure the item is well-packed. Once picked up, we’ll dispatch your replacement in 1 to 2 days.
A couple of things to keep in mind:

We can’t do refunds, but replacements are on us if the product is faulty or incorrect.

We’re sorry, but we don’t accept returns if you just changed your mind.

Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging when returned, or we might not be able to process your replacement.
